Tasks and responsibilities:
- Searching for new market opportunities and discovering potential projects
- Communicate with current and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Preparing technical and financial offers for projects
- Follow up projects from the proposal stage until contracting
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Maintain the customer database and update it regularly
- Providing periodic reports on sales performance and available opportunities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in civil or architectural engineering or any related discipline
At least 3 years of experience in sales in the contracting sector
Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships
Good knowledge of construction terminology and techniques
Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals
A relationship base in the field of contracting
