Key Responsibilities:
Branch preparation and management:
- Leading the preparation and operation of the Jeddah branch
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the branch’s growth
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Submitting branch performance reports to the regional director or managing partner
Audit Department:
- Manage and lead audit tasks from start to finish
- Review audit work, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with standards
- Serve as the primary contact for clients on audit matters
Customer relationship management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Stimulating business development and expanding the customer base
- Representing the company in industrial events
Leadership and team development:
- Recruiting, training and directing employees for the Jeddah branch
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
- Conduct regular performance reviews
Strategic planning and development:
- Strengthening the company’s presence in the market in Jeddah
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate on long-term planning
Risk management and compliance:
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia laws, regulations and international standards
- Managing risks associated with audit tasks and branch operations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred
Strong knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISA), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and zakat and tax systems
Fluency in English and Arabic
7 to 10 years of experience in auditing/accounting, with 3 to 5 years in a management role
Proven experience in managing and growing a business unit or branch
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
