- Act as liaison between tenants and landlords regarding inquiries, concerns or issues regarding managed properties
- Manage accounts and tasks in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other software used by the company
- Organizing and managing control papers related to property management services
- Coordination with relevant departments (inspection team - maintenance team - leasing team - management team - supervision team - accounts team) in all tasks related to managed properties
- Facilitating the registration of contracts in Ejar (property management contracts and leasing contracts)
- Coordinate with the management official in sharing available and upcoming properties to other agents (property evaluation report - rental price - radiator included..etc.)
- Coordination with relevant offices (such as building management - DEWA - cooling service provider companies) regarding the required documents (such as licenses - insurance), settlement of service fees, and settlement of the final invoice for the managed properties.
- Report directly to the Line Manager all tasks, inquiries, concerns or inquiries related to the properties managed
Requirements:
One to two years of experience in real estate management
Organized and diligent in carrying out all work
The ability to organize work by creating Excel tables
Ability to work on the used real estate management system
