• Support the development and implementation of human resources initiatives and systems
•Managing the recruitment process from identifying needs to hiring new employees

• Follow up on performance management procedures and provide the necessary support to managers and employees
• Planning and implementing training and professional development programs
• Managing the employee database and updating it periodically
• Preparing reports related to human resources and analyzing data to support management decisions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations
Proficiency in using MS Office
Knowledge of Human Resource Management System (HRMS)
Communication and time management skills
