- Achieving the sales goals assigned to him and raising the company’s sales levels

- Preparing feasibility studies and real estate and marketing plans

- Preparing the contracts and papers required to complete the sale, lease or subscription
- Responding to client inquiries regarding construction specifications, financing methods, type of maintenance and repair, and evaluation
- Review plans and submit customer suggestions for construction. Supervises the signing of real estate documents, disbursement of financing, and coordination of closing activities
- Collecting reservation commissions, fund subscriptions, and purchase amounts
- Visits competing projects and prepares reports on them periodically
- Participate in organizing sales promotion programs and materials in advertisements, newspapers and project promotional brochures
- Verifying the customer’s financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing by communicating with banks and financing companies
- Developing relationships with relevant companies (finance companies, banks, competitors, real estate offices in the region)
- Attending seminars, forums, seminars, meetings and training courses to improve sales techniques and to stay knowledgeable in the real estate market
