• Ensure that all documents follow a format consistent with the organization’s rules and regulations
• Create document templates for future use and manage the flow of documents within the organization
• Maintaining confidentiality about sensitive information and the organization's terms of agreement
• Supervising the easy retrieval of files as needed by employees and clients
• Review and update various documents and documents such as workflow files
• Follow up on copying and storage of documents and documents
• Establishing a system to assist management with paper documents

Requirements:
Bachelor of Business Administration
Proficiency in dealing with Microsoft Office programs, especially (Excel, Word)

Good knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS)

Proficiency in the process of writing and editing documents
