- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Creating and reviewing product and process specifications.
- Determine requirements for raw materials and intermediate products for suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
- Supervise inspectors, technicians and other employees and provide guidance and instructions.
- Supervising all product development procedures to determine the percentage of errors and quality standards.
- Monitor and inspect the final output and compare characteristics to requirements
- Supervising the approval or rejection of invalid products.
- Maintaining the organization’s documents and accuracy in dealing with statistical procedures and analyses.
- Continuous evaluation of customer reactions and the extent of their satisfaction with products and services.
- Sending detailed reports to executives.
- Stay informed of opportunities for continuous development and improvement.
Requirements:
Obtaining a quality control certificate such as (ISO 9000)
Good knowledge of the requirements for obtaining international and local quality certificates such as ISO, HACCP
