Roles and responsibilities:
- Work on preparing bid documents for road and building projects
- Contribute to calculating quantities in projects
- Auditing engineering plans for building projects (working on auditing invoices for interim and final projects)
- Contribute to receiving projects and preparing receipt reports
- Studying the tenders offered in municipalities and auditing their procedures
- Preparing drafts of meeting minutes and official books related to the work of the Directorate
- Preparing presentations related to the work of the Directorate
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned to him by his direct supervisor
Performance results to be achieved:
- Accuracy in preparing and reviewing bidding documents
- Accuracy in reviewing the calculation of project quantities and invoices received from contractors
- Project workflow plans
- Follow-up report
Requirements:
bachelor of Civil Engineering
Experience from beginner to 5 years
Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, which includes creating databases and preparing presentations
Familiarity with programs related to project design and planning (Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.)
