- Ensure that all monthly and quarterly financial reports and all other required management reports are submitted
- Work with Finance Directors or General Manager to fully and accurately deliver forecasting and budgeting proposals within the hotel
- Prepare capital reviews as required by the manager
- Develop best financial accounting practices and control procedures and continually review process and procedures to increase impact and efficiency
- Ensure that budgets are a fair reflection of the hotels assets and liabilities
- Conducting meetings to discuss financial situations on a monthly basis with department directors
- Comply with hotel policies and procedures throughout the region
- Review balance sheets, and ensure reconciliations are made
- Assist department heads to improve their financial awareness and provide them with relevant financial information for their operations
Requirements:
Experience in COMSIS software
Experience in the field of hospitality or food and beverages
