- Develop and implement business strategies in accordance with the organization’s goals and objectives that help the organization grow
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for business opportunities
- Understand existing customer requirements to ensure their needs are met
- Working to acquire new customers and manage customer relationships
- Cooperating and coordinating with various departments such as marketing, sales, customer service, etc

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce or related field
Master's degree in Business Administration - an added advantage
Previous practical experience in the position of commercial manager or working in sales and marketing management
Experience in sales, marketing and customer relations management
A good and in-depth understanding of the methods and approaches for preparing and analyzing market research
Strong knowledge of performance reporting, financial processes and budgets
Strategic planning ability, commercial awareness and improving the organization's market position
Organizational and leadership skills
The ability to communicate with different personalities
