• Ensure all food items are properly picked up and safely transported to all designated locations
• The driver always follows safety rules and regulations
• Ensure that you only drive the car according to the classification on the licence
• Coordinate with the direct supervisor to pick up goods from the unit
• In case of accidents, report them immediately to your immediate supervisor
• Ensure that discipline is maintained in the loading of all employees at all assigned sites
• All products must be verified according to the nutritional checklist
• Ensure that personal hygiene standards are followed
• Always make sure the car is clean and tidy
• Ensure that the vehicle's air conditioning units operate according to the required standards
• Ensure daily records of vehicles are scanned with valid documents, and pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection reports are conducted
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time outside of port operating situations
• Communicate and coordinate with the Logistics Department
• Plan routes and delivery schedules proposing improvements to ensure maximum efficiency
• Maintain a detailed record of working hours in accordance with regulations, ensuring that the correct driving hours and rest period are adhered to
