Responsibilities and tasks:
- Customer base development: Identify and target potential customers in different sectors, and expand the existing customer base by building strong and sustainable relationships
- Providing technical advice: Providing specialized technical advice to customers on the specifications and benefits of various heavy equipment, and customizing solutions to meet their unique needs
- Managing the sales process: Leading the sales process from start to finish, including preparing presentations, negotiating prices and terms, and closing deals effectively
- Monitor market and trends: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats, and provide periodic reports to management on sales performance and market conditions.
- Customer Support and After-Sales Services: Providing ongoing customer support after the sale, including training on equipment use, resolving technical issues, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
