- Manage, design, develop and construct construction projects in a safe and timely manner
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.)
- Conducting technical and feasibility studies and developing plans that meet technical specifications
- Assess potential risks and determine materials and costs
- Providing advice and appropriate solutions to building and construction problems
- Supervising employees and communicating with various administrative positions

Requirements:
Experience in the field of contracting
Good knowledge in dealing with design programs such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, and other engineering programs
The ability to plan efficiently and with high accuracy
Ability to design facilities and ensure the required specifications
Proficiency in project management and supervision skills
Proficiency in the process of communicating distinctly with different personalities
