- A sales employee is required to work over the phone for a leading company in the field of information technology
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to inform them of the organization’s systems and services
- Understanding customer requirements and completing sales processes by asking different questions
- Collaborate and assist the external sales team
- Follow up with the client until signing the contract
- Follow up and enter customer information and update it periodically in the daily tasks list
- Handle customer requests accurately
- Dealing with customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions to maintain the organization’s reputation
- Make every effort to achieve the required sales percentage and facilitate upcoming sales
- Submit a periodic report to the sales manager about the tasks that have been accomplished
- Achieving sales growth and reaching set goals
Requirements:
At least two years of experience in telephone sales
Moderate technical experience and passion for the field of information technology and systems
Excellent communication and persuasion skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
Tact in speaking and the ability to deal with various customers over the phone
