Job description:
- Organizing and scheduling appointments for interviews with the Medical Director and his deputy
- Reviewing medical files for submission to ministerial committees
- Coordinating and following up on preparation for meetings that must be attended by the Medical Director
- Preparing medical circulars and accounts, printing, processing and distributing them according to the administration’s directives
- Carrying out any other tasks that may be assigned by the manager
- Receiving the hospital director’s guests and directing them is important
- Follow up on medical conferences and their times, determine the target group, and coordinate the presentation of the task from them in the hospital via projector
- Government sectors attract companies with hospital-related activities to establish partnerships with the hospital
- Follow up on community activities and participate in them on behalf of the hospital
- Keeping a copy of all government sector licenses and company contracts with the hospital
- Carrying out any other tasks required by the work department and assigned to it
Requirements:
  • Qualified in English or medical secretarial
  • Proficiency in the English language, spoken and written
