- Planning and supervising shipments from the production department to warehouses and stores
- Scheduling daily and weekly itineraries
- Track orders using functional systems and tracking software
- Coordinate with warehouse workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products
- Follow up and monitor budgets and transportation costs
- Ensure that shipping documents are uploaded correctly
- Reporting maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles and equipment
- Research and propose cost-effective itineraries and shipping methods
- Conduct regular safety audits on equipment
- Organizing training courses for workers, such as the proper use of machines and handling of hazardous materials
- Maintain organized records of vehicles, schedules and completed orders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping legislation
- Supervising the application of occupational safety rules and regulations
Requirements:
