Professional roles:-

- Adherence to the regulations, legislation and regulations used to complete work, and using appropriate tools efficiently and effectively. Providing technical support and advice to his less experienced colleagues as needed, training employees to apply procedures effectively and using tools efficiently, explaining the foundations, rules and methodologies related to work, supporting his colleagues during the application process, directing them to solve any challenges they may face, and verifying their ability to achieve.

- Responding to simple, moderately difficult, difficult and complex inquiries without the need for support or guidance from others, preserving information, data and reports according to established procedures and in a systematic manner, providing support and advice to his less experienced colleagues as needed, training them, explaining the foundations, rules and methodologies related to work and directing them.

- Preparing specialized documents and reports, presenting appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions, presenting them, clarifying them, and saving them in their database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures using the established information technology systems, and participating in issuing reports on the completion of the organizational unit’s work. Verify that they are saved in a way that is easy to refer to and benefit from.

- Participate in implementing proposals related to improving and developing practices and procedures in line with the directions of the organizational unit and not in conflict with the regulations, legislation and regulations issued by the legislators.

- Acting on behalf of the president in some tasks, and sometimes managing employees in the absence of the manager

- Supervising the implementation of decisions taken by the director

- Reports preparation

- Organizing the manager’s schedule

- Preparing customer reports

- Holding some meetings instead of the manager

- Identify and perform some legal tasks
