Job tasks and duties:
- Contributing to the development of internal human resources policies, procedures, regulations and models and developing the company’s human resources plan
- Follow up the recruitment unit and verify that recruitment processes are moving in the right direction in accordance with job approvals and the organizational structure
- Managing the files of workers in the factory with regard to appointment, training, insurance, departures, and leave balance
- Implementing the instructions and procedures approved and issued by the Human Resources Department
- Work on conducting the necessary evaluation for all employees and within the specified time
- Supervising the personnel affairs department - recruitment processes - salaries and compensation - general human resources operations
- Supervising the recruitment and training unit and ensuring that employees are trained or recommending their assignment to training courses
- Coordination with the responsible authorities in the company on all issues related to all employees
- Managing the job description file and ensuring that it is archived, delivered to each employee, and signed
- Supervising all units and ensuring the implementation of all laws, company policies, and administrative instructions issued
- Explaining the company’s work policies and procedures to all employees
- Developing employees’ talents and creative abilities and maintaining their development
- Managing relations with employees and maintaining good communication
- Contribute to designing evaluation models and working on evaluation applications
- Responsible for managing the company’s visa file in addition to the wage protection file
- Responsible for managing the social insurance file and issuing the Saudization certificate
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
Experience in managing a work team
At least 5 years of experience in human resources management
