Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Eastern Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the Eastern region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, business development, and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives in the Eastern region.
- Lead and manage the Eastern sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities and drive customer loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion
Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales management
Willingness to travel as needed to oversee sales activities in the Eastern region
