- Create a good educational environment to build the character of the student and its growth from all aspects and good qualities
- Follow-up supervision and organization of the school facilities and equipment, such as: (chapel, laboratories, laboratories, learning resource center, school canteen, halls of activity, channels and stadiums, and adaptations and cooling water etc ...)
- Arranging the necessary arrangements to start the study on time and prepare plans to work in school, organize schedules, distribute work and programs of activity on the staff of the school and the formation of councils and committees in the school and follow-up to carry out its tasks according to the instructions and as required by the school.
- Supervising the teachers and visiting them in the classroom and learn about their work, activity and participation.
- Evaluate the performance of the employees in the school in accordance with the instructions organized with that accuracy and objectivity and verify the existence of evidence in support of the estimates.
- Contribute to the professional growth of the teacher by touching on his training needs and proposing the appropriate programs for him and follow up his enrollment in the programs he needs inside and outside the school, and evaluate the effects on his performance and cooperate with the relevant educational supervisor.
- Cooperation with educational supervisors and others whose work nature requires visiting the school and facilitating their tasks and follow up the implementation of their recommendations and guidance, noting the initiative to invite the competent supervisor when needed.
- Enhancing the role of the social school and opening the horizons of cooperation and integration between the school and parents of students and others who have the ability to contribute to the achievement of the goals of the school
