Job Description :
- Determine the condition of the vehicle by conducting examinations and diagnostic tests
- Detecting and identifying damaged parts in the equipment
- Completing preventive maintenance schedules and keeping available equipment fit for use
- Installing components and parts of the equipment
- Assembling, disassembling and replacing main or sub-assemblies
- Check the car's performance by taking a test drive
- Ensure vehicle and state requirements by testing engine and safety standards
- Maintain the appearance of the car through cleaning, washing and painting
- Maintain vehicle records by explaining services and repairs
Skills required:
- Ability to use diesel equipment and tools
- Understand the procedures for inspecting equipment and identifying faults
