• Performing, monitoring and reviewing costs for engineering specialties, including estimating and controlling costs, systems for preparing and submitting financial reports, and analyzing costs on site and at the headquarters level.
• Sampling distribution, probability, and hypothesis testing. Knowledge of supervision, personnel management, and training of technical and non-technical staff
• Plan, organise, direct, perform, review and deliver cost engineering deliverables, cost estimates and metrics. This includes planning and scheduling deliverables independently, with minimal direct supervision, generally judged from a professional perspective, and knowledge associated with the technical skills of planning, scheduling, engineering design, and construction practices.
