- Supervising the development of the annual plan to manage institutional discrimination and the needs related to institutional discrimination
- Supervising the continuous improvement and documentation of institutional discrimination management policies and procedures
- Reviews and evaluates the work procedures of the Authority’s departments, identifies areas that need improvement, and proposes initiatives and recommendations regarding increasing the efficiency of these procedures.
- Supervising the preparation, development and follow-up of key performance indicators
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to collect relevant data; To support studies and research carried out regarding the efficiency of operations
- Coordination with the Performance Measurement Unit and relevant departments with the aim of developing key performance indicators to measure the progress achieved in process improvement initiatives
- Supervising the continuous improvement of policies and procedures and ensuring quality control
- Oversee the preparation of specific recommendations, implementation plans and timelines for improving operations; With the aim of improving efficiency and effectiveness
- Supervising the identification of areas of improvement in the management’s work
- Supervising the identification and management of risks related to policy objectives (resulting from internal and external factors) and raising them when needed to concerned parties.
- Supervising the preparation of reports on the administration’s activities, achievements, and the level of business progress
- Performing any other tasks required by the work
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree, preferably Master's degree, in the following disciplines: Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, or equivalent, and the certificate must be issued or equivalent by the Ministry of Higher Education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
