Responsibilities:
- Receiving visitors and directing them to their desired destination
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Providing administrative support to employees, such as copying documents and arranging meetings
- Mail and e-mail management
- Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the reception desk
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of experience in a receptionist position in a formal office environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Ability to deal with customers efficiently and friendly
