Main tasks:
- Supervising surveillance camera operations, dealing with and investigating alarm and fire emergency cases, and ensuring response to these cases around the clock
- Operating and monitoring alarm systems and surveillance cameras. Download and manage recordings for use in future investigations, ensuring compliance with data privacy rules and regulations
- Investigating emergency situations and violations of security policies and procedures
- Follow policies and procedures that comply with security laws and regulations and inform management of problems when they occur
- Reporting causes and consequences to management, and recommending a course of action
- Communicate with the maintenance department if there is a need to maintain the cameras and their accessories
- Supervising individuals by their presence in their positions and providing guidance in any situation that requires it
- Obtaining work cards for security personnel, handing them over and ensuring their readiness
- Working 6 days + one day off
Requirements:
Practical experience in the security or administrative field
