- Developing a human resources procedures manual detailing the company’s human resources policy and its implementation procedures
- Planning and preparing policies for attracting and managing human resources in the company
- Managing employee files with regard to recruitment, training, insurance, monitoring attendance, vacation balances, and termination of services
- Managing the company’s approved human resources system, and supervising the preparation of administrative and technical reports and statistics
- Planning, organizing and supervising the implementation of the tasks required of all departments in the company and following up on the progress of work
- Planning, development and implementation (mechanisms for evaluating the performance of employees in the company) with the aim of motivating and encouraging them to develop performance
- Participate in training employees or recommending their assignment to training courses
- Supervising and following up on the preparation of the monthly payroll for all employees in the company
- Developing policies that contribute to raising the level of services provided
- Preparing plans to achieve the company’s main objectives financially and administratively
- Develop and implement effective policies for all administrative procedures in the branch
- Attending Board of Directors meetings and assisting in formulating and codifying the recommendations and decisions issued
- Follow up on complaints, observations, and suggestions from everyone and coordinate with other departments
- Receiving visitors from government agencies or clients and working to meet their needs
- Submitting reports to the direct manager and discussing them with senior management and the Board of Directors in coordination with the relevant departments
