- Follow up and monitor all cameras in vital places in the company
- Monitoring surveillance camera screens to ensure that employees and visitors follow the company’s standard operating policies and procedures
- Prepare a daily report on all violations in the branch or department and send it to the company’s general manager
- Retrieving some of the recorded clips and recording them whenever requested for investigation purposes
- Report all surveillance camera malfunctions to the technical support official to work on repairing them and maintaining proper workflow.
- Preparing daily and monthly reports to be submitted to the direct manager
- Inform the direct manager of the places that need additional cameras
- Performing any other tasks assigned by the direct manager at the same level of responsibility
