- The Desktop Support technician will provide IT support at a branch location under the direction of the main office staff. This includes prioritizing help desk requests, assisting the branch with problem resolution, and contributing to problem resolution by giving in-person, hands-on support to end users at the desktop level. This person will be the “eyes and ears” on-site. He will monitor the stability of the IT environment and escalate issues to IT management where appropriate.

College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field or equivalent work experience.
1year experience desktop supporting windows XP, 7 desktop/laptops PCs.
Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on desktop and laptops PCs.
