- Managing the correct processing, delivery, issuance, transportation and storage of materials
- Supervising the inventory regularly and submitting the required reports
- Ensure that the materials are distributed on the shelves according to the first-in, first-out method and the expiry date
- Managing and following up on damaged and expired goods by issuing all necessary and reliable reports and following up on the process of destroying those goods.
- Managing and following up on clerical work so that it is complete for all warehouse activities
- Ensure that all materials in the warehouse are well stored and labeled (identified by label)
- Follow up and organize deliveries of orders
- Preparing all warehouse documents to achieve storage according to requirements
- Continuously improve the warehouse system and work to increase the efficiency of procedures and employees through daily work observations
- Follow up on the maintenance of warehouse facilities, cranes and existing equipment
- Managing the daily work of all warehouse employees (as one work team) in the warehouses
- Carrying out all work assigned by management
- Working in Jeddah - Bahra region
Requirements:
Bachelor of Pharmacy
Preferably those with experience in pharmaceutical warehouses
