A government relations officer (supervisor) is required to work in a hotel in Makkah Al-Mukarramah
Roles and responsibilities:
- Finalizing transactions and procedures with relevant government and private agencies
- Renewing all company documents and licenses
- Delivering letters and parcels issued to government, private and relevant agencies
- Receiving transactions directed to the company from the relevant authorities
- Follow up on the mail and bring it to the company headquarters
- Organizing and archiving work papers and documents in a way that facilitates access to them
- Preparing papers, files and records organizing his work
- Carrying out any tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
Sufficient knowledge of legislation, laws and regulations
Communication skills and the art of dealing with others
