- A hotel supervisor is required to work in a hotel in Mecca
Roles and responsibilities:
- Supervising the daily operation of the hotel
- Follow up on reception and hotel staff
- Supervising general hygiene and implementing health requirements
- Follow up on collection operations
- Follow up on the implementation of the requirements of (the municipality / tourism / civil defense) and other concerned authorities
- Follow up on the completion of transactions and procedures with government agencies
- Follow up on the renewal of all hotel documents and licenses
- Working to develop the hotel’s work system
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience and sufficient familiarity with the hotel operating process
He has good guidance and supervision
Sufficient knowledge of legislation, laws and regulations
