- Preparing and drafting contracts and ensuring that they include all regulatory requirements
- Building and updating the database with all valid contracts
- Coordinating the request for proposals process with internal and external parties
- Printing and preparing letters
- Printing, processing and amending project contracts and plans, entering and organizing the issuance of business certificates and following up on their signing and closing
Requirements:
At least one year of experience in the field of secretarial and contracting
