Job description:
- Follow up on achieving goals on a monthly, semi-annual and annual basis
- Work with management to evaluate and improve processes and policies
- Monitor and report on revenues and cash flows
- Supervising the implementation of the organization’s policies
- Determine training programs for employees
- Dealing with employee complaints and customer complaints and determining appropriate solutions
- Regularly evaluate employee performance and determine customer satisfaction
- Scheduling employees’ work schedules and determining different shifts
- Cooperating with management to determine the required budgets
- Follow up on the schedule for maintenance and facility cleaning procedures
- Meeting regularly with senior management and submitting business reports
- Supervising the implementation of security and protection procedures
Requirements:
  • Proficient in communication skills and providing distinguished customer service
  • Good accounting knowledge and handling of books
  • Ability to motivate and manage the work team
  • Proficiency in organizational skills and arranging tasks and time
  • Ability to deal with problems and provide appropriate solutions
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent
