- Follow up on achieving goals on a monthly, semi-annual and annual basis
- Work with management to evaluate and improve processes and policies
- Monitor and report on revenues and cash flows
- Supervising the implementation of the organization’s policies
- Determine training programs for employees
- Dealing with employee complaints and customer complaints and determining appropriate solutions
- Regularly evaluate employee performance and determine customer satisfaction
- Scheduling employees’ work schedules and determining different shifts
- Cooperating with management to determine the required budgets
- Follow up on the schedule for maintenance and facility cleaning procedures
- Meeting regularly with senior management and submitting business reports
