• Inspect all incoming raw materials and packaging materials received. Informing the Quality Control Manager of any deviation from the specified standards
• Take samples of each material received for reference and place them in the laboratory for chemical and microbiological analysis
• Taking random samples and also testing them for receipt
• Sign inspection reports for all incoming materials and inform the quality control manager before receiving them
• Ensure that all patches have the same characteristics for conformity before receipt
• Monitor warehouse area and cooler and freezer temperature. The quality control manager is informed if any deviation from the specified standard temperature occurs
• Taking samples of materials that are nearly finished or have expired in the warehouse so that the results can be prepared with coordination with laboratory technicians and the quality control manager.
• Preparing a record of non-conformity reports and separating all expired materials and other materials in another place
• Release all products on order
• Submitting any reports requested from the department manager (customer complaints - reference samples - etc.)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in food and agricultural sciences or equivalent
At least two years of experience
Proficiency in spoken and written English
