Job description:
- Carrying out exit and return visa procedures for employees according to the approved leave request or business trips, as well as returning passports to Personnel Affairs to return them to the branches/departments before the start date of the leave.
- Renewing the company’s commercial register on time and renewing the Chamber of Commerce membership subscription annually at the beginning of the year
- Settlement and approval of the department’s custody procedures and submitting all documents to the Financial Department after their approval immediately after the end of the trust to restore compensation according to the system
- Certifying company letters and contracts from the Chamber of Commerce or other parties as requested by the concerned departments
- Implementing all administrative affairs requests in all government agencies
- Implementing all requests for the company’s departments from government agencies
- Carrying out any other work or tasks to follow up and review government agencies as required by the company’s work
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent
