Requirements:
Master's degree (in Computer Science Management and Engineering) + at least 7 years of experience in the field of systems, networks and information transfer or Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent) + at least 10 years of experience in the field of systems, networks and information transfer
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory position in IT management
Experience in evaluating the level of electronic services, linking electronic services, and providing technical support
Ability and skill in preparing studies to develop electronic services and systems management
The ability and skill in preparing and following up on the implementation of contracts for the purchase of devices and applications
Skills in preparing and supervising development initiatives in information technology
Ability and knowledge in preparing and implementing self-development plans
The skill and ability to lead, motivate and direct work teams
