- Working on government platforms (Qawwa, Madad, Social Insurance, electronic services of the Labor Office, Muqeem, Eastern Chamber, Ajeer, Health Insurance Council)
- Preparing and updating employee files
- Letters and correspondence
- Clearing vacations and end of service
- Follow up on medical insurance
- Working on the personnel affairs program and data entry
- Conducting labor inspection
- Reviewing passports, labor offices, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
