• Managing the IT budget
• Creating IT infrastructure/networks, technology projects, business applications/ERP, properties, etc. To ensure functionality and efficiency

• Policies, procedures and processes related to the Information Technology Department
• Leading and managing IT department staff

• Communicating the technology strategy to partners, stakeholders and investors through training and qualification
• Implementing electronic governance through highly precise, flexible and scalable programming

Requirements:
He holds a master's degree
At least 15 years of experience in the field of information technology and programming
Previous experience in the contracting/construction sector
The ability to deal with a variety of projects across different levels technically, financially and administratively
Ability to work with a variety of individuals across levels
Ability to lead key engagements and work with senior stakeholders.CFAO
Ability to manage multiple teams and multiple ongoing projects
The ability to lead the work team technically and administratively based on the strategic plan
