- Accept or reject some reservations by administrators or front office manager
- Informing the guest of approval or apology for not executing the reservation
- Keeping documents related to the reservation in a proper or organized manner
- Achieving complete control over all reservations made in advance with the least possible errors
- Reserve the required rooms according to the reservation request in terms of their type or price
