Participate in the formulation and development of the main objectives of the company and participate in their formulation.
Drawing up the general policies of the Marketing and Sales Department, and participating in the development of regulations and procedures for marketing, sales and customer services in cooperation with the Department of Quality and Occupational Health and Safety
- Developing the annual marketing plan for the company to ensure an increase in the market share
- Developing promotional, advertising and sales programs in coordination with the rest of the departments regarding their timing
- Developing the annual sales plan and supervising its implementation to ensure that it achieves the objectives
Ensure the achievement of effective control over marketing and sales activities and take corrective measures to ensure the achievement of objectives.
Determining the tasks of the sales representatives and their work areas, monitoring and evaluating the sales activities on a monthly basis, and submitting reports to the Executive Director.
Selecting the competitions in which the company participates and supervising their studies
- Supervising the renewal of contracts with the company's existing clients
- Supervising and following up sending quotations and participating in negotiations with clients until contracts are signed
- Guidance to search for new clients, communicate with them, and maintain relationships with them
Requirements:
Experience of not less than 8 years
