- Developing used warehouse models
- Documenting materials entering and leaving the warehouse
- Compliance with all requirements of storage and shipping legislation
Supervising the receiving, storage, distribution and maintenance operations
- Planning the setup and ensuring the optimal use of the available spaces
Manage stock control using various data warehousing software
Strategically manage the warehouse in accordance with the company's policies and vision
Receipt of the supplied materials and delivery of a copy according to the consignment to the Purchasing Department
Preparing the annual budget and communicating with customers, suppliers and transport companies
- Building a database on the assets / whereabouts of goods in each store
Requirements:
A qualification of at least a bachelor's degree
The ability to use warehouse and warehouse management software and databases
Minimum two years experience in the same field
The ability to communicate with department staff and other departments
Experience in supervising the warehouse and its workers
Ability to plan, organize and follow up warehouse operations
Full knowledge of how to store and full understanding of storage instructions
The ability to lead team members and motivate them to complete tasks
Maintain health, safety, hygiene and security standards
