- Managing the association's business in a way that achieves its interest, and preserving its property and funds
- Representing the association in contacting institutions, bodies, organizations, governmental and private agencies in the field of its competence and according to the directives of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Preparing the initial agenda for the meetings of the Board of Directors and sending it to the Chairman of the Board for approval before the meeting in sufficient time, and then issuing invitations to the meetings.
- Continuous follow-up of the association's programs and activities, submitting periodic reports on how the association's work is progressing, and discussing it with the chairman of the board of directors.
- Preparing and submitting proposals for technical, financial, administrative and development issues, and presenting them to the Chairman of the Council.
