• Manage and control all documents, including but not limited to drawings, specifications, e-mails, letters, correspondence, and reports
• Ensure all project documents are properly labeled, filed, and easily accessible to all team members
• Maintain DSA document control system, including document numbering, filing, tracking, and distribution
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate document delivery and receipt
• Perform quality checks on all project documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Manage the retention and disposal of project documents in accordance with established procedures and regulations
• Maintain an audit trail of all document activities and provide regular status reports to management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience working as Document Controller in Architecture or Construction sectors
Proficient in Aconex software. Minimum 2 years of experience in Aconex software
