Job description:
- Developing an action plan within the branches and following up on its proper implementation
- Organizing work within the branches, distributing tasks to all employees of exhibitions, and ensuring that there is no duplication of tasks or roles
- Work to achieve the sales goals and objectives of the branches
- Supervise the entire branch facilities and ensure their efficient operation
- Follow-up with the various parties, internally and externally, to solve any problems
Follow up on the issuance of invoices, bonds, and exchange requests, and ensure that all outputs are correct
- Supervision, guidance, follow-up and control of the entire work team in branches and warehouses
Determine the training requirements for sales staff within each branch to raise the efficiency of sales performance
- Training the sales staff in terms of their selling abilities on a regular and continuous basis
- Developing the website and the online store and improving the sales that take place through it
Provide a clear monthly - quarterly - annual sales plan and incentives, follow-up, implement and submit reports
- Opening new branches and doing everything related to them
- Follow up on customer receipt of their goods in coordination with sales staff, warehouses and the online store
- Solving all problems of branches and customers
Follow-up and control the development of quality systems and standards and prepare technical reports on the quality of exhibits
- Modifying prices and exhibits periodically and keeping abreast of updates in the products and merchandise offered
- Developing a mechanism for marketing discounts and annual offers and making the necessary advertisements for them
- Creating a mechanism for working hours for branches with scheduling vacations and breaks in accordance with the institution's policy
Conducting job interviews for vacancies and nominating them for human resources
- Follow-up of all work with the organization's departments (personnel affairs - financial management - purchases - ... etc.)
- Conducting periodic meetings with sales staff and submitting reports
- Coordinating weekly and annual leave among exhibition workers in accordance with the institution's policies
Carry out any tasks assigned to him by his direct manager within the scope of his work
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in management
  • 3 years experience in administration
  • Highly leadership and management skills
  • Prediction skills and power of observation
