Job Description:
- Preparing the schedule of appointments and work for the General Manager and the Executive Director
- Coordinating the schedule of interviews for the General Manager and the Executive Director
Editing and printing letters and private correspondence
Save and maintain all files in a way that ensures their safety and speed of recall
Receiving and directing incoming mail, presenting it to the specialist, and indexing these documents
Receiving, directing and sending e-mail messages and indexing these messages
Writing the minutes of all meetings and sessions in which the Director General or the Executive Director is a party
Organizing and indexing the internal reports received from other departments and divisions, presenting them to the General Manager or the Executive Director, following up on the General Manager's or Executive Director's decision regarding them, and recording them in their records.
Assist senior management in all work not included in this description upon personal request
- Receiving and making phone calls for the office
Requirements:
Dealing with Microsoft Office programs professionally
Ability to manage time and schedule interviews and meetings
Good organizational skills for keeping and archiving files
