Collecting the plans and needs of the company in terms of manpower, and developing a plan to secure the approved needs through recruitment, training, promotion and transfer, and submitting it for approval according to the powers and according to the budget system approved in advance by the Board of Directors.
- Submitting recommendations regarding the development of company policies and procedures
Raise recommendations for developing or amending policies and procedures for employment and employees, in light of the general objectives and working conditions, and in accordance with the powers and procedures for preparing and amending systems in coordination with the Business Development Manager.
- Auditing employment applications in terms of compliance with the approved specifications and estimated budget, approving them and transferring them for approval according to the list of powers.
- Follow up on employment requests, in terms of policies and procedures for advertising, examination, selection, contracting, preliminary guidance and confirmation, according to the instructions of the approved personnel affairs guide, policies and procedures.
Develop long-term training plans for employees in cooperation with the CEO and annual training programs
