Strategically manage the warehouse in accordance with the company's policies and vision
Supervising the receiving, storage, distribution and maintenance operations
- Planning the setup and ensuring the optimal use of the available spaces
- Coordination and follow-up on the implementation of operational policies well
- Compliance with all requirements of storage and shipping legislation
Provide production department / other departments with all daily orders
Receipt of the supplied materials and delivery of a copy according to the consignment to the Purchasing Department
- Documenting materials entering and leaving the warehouse
Ensure the safety of storage in warehouses and the availability of fire safety measures
Receiving and arranging goods properly to avoid damage or breakage
Manage and organize warehouse workers' time and train them
Optimal use of available space in warehouses
- Maintain health, safety, hygiene and security standards
Manage stock control using various data warehousing software
- Preparing the annual budget and communicating with customers, suppliers and transport companies
Requirements:
8-15 years of experience in warehouse management
The ability to use warehouse and warehouse management software and databases
The ability to communicate with department staff and other departments
The power of observation and proficiency in the distribution of spaces
Strong knowledge of KPIs
The ability to make decisions and provide appropriate solutions to various problems
The ability to manage staff and master leadership skills
