Follow up and carry out all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage and follow-up reservations via the Internet and the phone
Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card information
- Recording the necessary information and data for visitors
Follow up on temporary reservations and update the reservation status
- Cooperating with visitors and providing information about the resort, available rooms, prices and facilities
- Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communication with the different departments within the resort according to the needs of the guests
- Confirming reservations and arranging customer services
Periodic updating and maintaining records of reservations and payments
- Review of no-shows, cancellation of reservations and transaction fees according to the resort's policy
- Maintaining friendly relations with customers, maintaining the quality and organization of work at all times
Requirements:
Secondary school certificate as a minimum
Good command of the English language, writing well
Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft programs
