- Reading and analyzing medical records to extract all possible diagnoses and interventions during the hospitalization period
- Coding the state of hypnosis, using the international classification system ACS-ACHI/AM-10-ICD, and inserting it into the health information system.
Ensure the validity of information extracted from the patient's hospitalization status in the health information system
- Clarification of inconsistent or non-specific information in the medical record by asking the doctor or health practitioner in charge
Evaluate the content of the medical record and raise the issue to the relevant department
- Assist and participate in the education of healthcare professionals and colleagues regarding the guidelines of AM-10-ICD - ACHI/ACS.
- Participate in supporting the quality of activities that improve the quality related to medical coding, such as the quality of health care provided and health outcomes.
- Supporting the research movement with the help of physicians, health care providers, and physicians with regard to medical auditing and research that requires access to clinical information (D)
