• Fully support managers of furniture and mattress manufacturers with regard to the entire stages of production
• Finding solutions and a mechanism to integrate the possible resources such as machines, human resources, etc., in a way that guarantees high efficiency and low cost of business
• Monitor all production activities and ensure that they are implemented in a timely manner to meet delivery deadlines
• Manage and maintain all production equipment and machinery to ensure smooth production processing
• Maintain an accurate inventory of tools, machinery and other related equipment
• Perform regular maintenance, repairs and escalation of problems to prevent production downtime
• Recommend improvements to production processes to improve efficiency
• Planning production and using the information provided by the production planner to forecast future demand and prepare accordingly
• Comply with all company health and safety guidelines in all production activities
• Keep abreast of technological developments and make recommendations to improve production processes
• Support operation management, coordination and development of solutions to complete operations related to high quality and timely accuracy
• To be kept up to date with respect to industry safety requirements
• To monitor and control the personal hygiene standards of individuals working in the industry
• Preventing any excesses that may expose the product to a change in the quality levels
To be aware of potential industrial/biological/physical hazards during production and take responsibility for avoiding them
Requirements:
Bachelor of Production Engineering - Mechanical
More than 10 years of experience
Proficiency in using computers and office programs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
Has proper knowledge of critical control points
Proven technical knowledge of industry equipment and machinery
